Extra seat for the living room

Though some may be slightly shorter for this purpose, you can increase the sitting capacity of your living room by shoving a few pillows to the ottoman to provide more seats. In this manner, you don’t have to hide a few folding chairs under the bed which you pull out each time you want to increase capacity.

Ottoman as a baby changer

It is luxurious and pleasurable to have a true changing table but the fact is that you will find yourself changing diapers almost everywhere. While in the living room, you can keep a small box of diapers beneath the ottoman so that you have easy times when you have to change the diapers when you are on the living room. Besides, the elevated height of the furniture makes it easy for you to tend to your baby as compared to tending to them down from the floor.
